Recycled aggregate for concrete and mortars
All manufactured products meet the requirements of BDS EN 12620:2002+A1:2008 and BDS EN 12620:2002+A1:2008/НА:2008
Recycled aggregate are manufactured under a certified production control system (system 2+). A unique purification system for Bulgaria is applied.
It is possible to produce other fractions of recycled aggregate, upon request of the Client.
Recycled crushed stone from natural aggregate
Category according to BDS EN 13242: Rcu95 Ra5-
Recycled crushed stone from natural aggregate has a very low content of recycled concrete and asphalt impurities and has excellent performance characteristics, which make it suitable for various uses in construction work and road construction, according to the requirements of BDS EN 13242:2002+A1:2007/NA:2017.
It is available as fraction 0/63 mm, but other fractions can be produced upon customer request.
Recycled concrete coarse aggregate (type A)
Category according to BDS EN 12620: Rc90 Rcu95 Rb10- Ra1- FL2- XRg1-
This coarse aggregate consists primarily of recycled concrete and has very few other impurities (below 10%), which characterizes it as type A, suitable for use in concrete according to Table E.2. of BDS EN 206:2013.
It is manufactured according to BDS EN 12620 and BDS EN 12620/NA.
It is available in two fractions (4/11.2 mm and 11.2/22.4 mm), but other fractions can be produced upon customer request.
Recycled ceramics coarse aggregate
Category according to BDS EN 933-11: Rb80 Rc20- Ra1- FL2- XRg1-
Innovative recycled coarse aggregate containing mainly ceramics grains.
It is suitable for lightweight concrete and lightweight concrete with reduced dead load and thermal conductivity.
Meets the requirements of a Bulgarian Technical Approval (BTO)
It is available in two fractions (4/11.2 mm and 11.2/22.4 mm), but other fractions can be produced upon customer request.
Recycled concrete and ceramics coarse aggregate (type B)
Category according to BDS EN 12620: Rc50 Rcu70 Rb30- Ra5- FL2- XRg2-
The recycled coarse aggregate consists mainly of concrete and ceramic grains. The content of impurities is low, which distinguishes it as type B, suitable for incorporation into concrete according to table E.2. of BDS EN 206:2013.
It is manufactured according to BDS EN 12620 and BDS EN 12620/NA.
It is available in two fractions (4/11.2 mm and 11.2/22.4 mm), but other fractions can be produced upon customer request.
Recycled sand
Recycled sand (recycled fine aggregate) with a grain size below 4 mm, produced from recycled concrete, natural aggregate, ceramics, or mixtures thereof.
Intended for use as an additive in concrete and mortars, as well as for applications in road construction and construction facilities.
Meets the requirements of a Bulgarian Technical Approval (BTO).
